Kristin Cerbone

Kristin Ruzicka Cerbone, JD, (licensed in Georgia, not licensed in North Carolina) is of counsel to Mason Law, PC and a principal in the Georgia partnership of MasonCerbone.

With 16 years elder law experience in a variety of settings, she has worked in both private law firms and legal services programs for the elderly and disabled in Athens, Atlanta, Washington D.C. and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

A past co-chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Younger Lawyer’s Division of the State Bar of Georgia (a forerunner to the Georgia State Bar’s Elder Law Section), Kristin has also served as a CASA Board Member for Savannah, Georgia and a Board Member of the Coastal Georgia Alzheimer’s Association in Savannah, Georgia. She has also volunteered at Citizen’s Advocacy in Savannah.

Kristin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Comparative Literature and a Juris Doctorate degree, both from the University of Georgia, Athens.
