Jennifer Barbee Swift is a Benefits Specialist with Mason Law. Jennifer works closely with Bob to understand the Medicaid planning strategies that best meet each situation and then assists families and individuals through the Medicaid application process including information gathering, application preparation and Medicaid filing.
Jennifer’s background includes 13 years of experience in long term care having worked for one of North Carolina’s assisted living providers in the areas of marketing and operations. She has a strong understanding of assisted living and nursing home rules and regulations and for many years worked closely with local Departments of Social Services and other state regulatory agencies.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When she isn’t learning from Bob, Jennifer’s focus is on her family, volunteering with her church and with local causes that she cares about.
