Happy Clients!

June 27, 2011

We will recommend you, Mr. Mason, to anyone we know as the Best in the Nation.

I wanted to thank you and tell you that we have been approved, that our caseworker again said how impressed she is with your work. The Caseworker said that you were the only Attorney she had dealt with that had not had to contact her with questions as to if certain things were ok as they were doing the annuities for their clients, she was also very impressed that you pulled enough into the original Annuity as a precaution in the event that the money dropped into the account BEFORE the approval was made, this made quite an impression and caused us to qualify many days before we would have otherwise.

I was correct in that I would only trust YOU to do the work for us and YES by all means you can post this on your “Happy Clients” list.  I again thank you and will recommend you highly.

Dear Bob,

You are a dynamic speaker who can keep his audience alert immediately after lunch!  Thank you, Bob, for your humor and way with words shared at the Health Care Coaching Seminar.  We do appreciate the facts and stories you shared surrounding legal issues relevant to one’s pre-retirement and beyond years.

We know you had an impact as one 80-something attendee commented later, “I think I need to change my will and do it fast”.  If you encouraged a few more people to write health care directives or financial powers of attorney, the day was even more successful.

Thank you, Bob, for graciously accepting the invitation to speak at the seminar.  Your presentation was a powerful keynote address.

Bob is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys I know with regard to estate and tax planning; he is also an excellent elder care and veterans’ benefits attorney. I have had the fortunate ability to share the stage with him at continuing legal education seminars. Most recently, in April 2010, Bob was published in The Elder Law Report discussing the estate tax repeal. If you need an attorney who really knows what he is doing in this area, call Bob!

The task of sorting out the special needs requirments for health care/financial POA’s and last will and testament for my mother and I in regards to an autistic brother required much extra detail work. Bob handled it all with great care.

I’ve known Bob for 25 years, since our days together in law school. When my father fell ill a few years ago, I hired Bob to help me with various Elder Law issues concerning my parents and their estate. Bob knew exactly what to do and explained it all in a clear and concise manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing those services.
