  • Mason Named to Council of Advanced Practitioners

On April 29, Bob was named to the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP). In order to be a CAP member, an elder law attorney must have been a NAELA member and a certified elder law attorney (CELA) for at least 10 years and rated by Martindale-Hubbell peer eview rating servive as “av” (Per Martindale-Hubbell website: “AV Preeminent® Rating – AV Preeminent® is a significant rating accomplishment – a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.”).
